How much do you know about hair loss?

Hair loss problem has undoubtedly increased in the last few decades, not only the man are becoming bald but a lot of female nowadays are facing the hair loss problem. Based on study, about 80% of all males and 20% of all females will experience a certain degree of hair loss, some of them are not serious but many of them are.

There is a widespread belief that baldness is incurable, but i can tell you that is not true, even some experts think this is not true. They think that baldness is not always inevitable and the amount or rate of hair loss can often be diminished with correct treatment. A scientist from the united state, claim that more than even before, cause of permanent baldness are demonstrated as instances of temporary hair loss only. For hair follicles, they can remain alive for up to a quarter of century of seeming inactive and as long as they hold even the slightest potential for renewed activity is hope.


The root causes for baldness for today people are mainly due to work or live stressful, having diet and the unhealthy of living habits like smoking and having fried food often. However, there is hope for renewed hair growth, but various methods must be applied to get this done and you must be patience as there are no way for instant curing. Please do pot panic if you don’t see result in short term, keep on trying and you should able to see the result in one day. Why you must be patience to wait for your hair to grow? Firstly, we must understand that the growth for the hair is between two to six years, and there is a rest period of about three months in the normal hair growth cycle in which about 10% of hair cease to grow and prepare for shedding. Once the hair is being shed, the hair follicles beneath the thinning section of the scale is in the resting phase. It takes about a year to grow a hair to about 6 inches long. It is normal for a normal human being to lose between 20 to 60 hairs in one day, but you must be aware that if the rate of hair dropping has exceeds the growth rate, then you may notice the thinning hair. Based on study, if you lose more than 40% of your hairs, it is regarded as abnormal hair loss of beginning of baldness. What is the general root causes of hair loss?

  • Maintain enough sleep and try to keep yourself always in good mood
  • Reduce or avoid taking junk food, especially oily, salty or sweet food
  • Massage your hair gently when you are washing it to allow follicles to receive enough nutrients.

    I personally having hair lost problem since graduate from University, i tried many types of hair grow solution but not effective….The method shown above is a general hair care tips, but i need a straight to the point solution, because my hair not much left:(
