		<description>I would expect the force of an explosion inside the car to blow all glass from the windscreen to the outside and not deposit it on the seat! The way the windscreen wiper is bent would indicate it was an object penetrating the windscreen from the outside and then exploding on the dashboard. In any case if Lithium batteries would be hazardous to such an extent they would have been banned by most countries for use in mobile phones.</description>
