Some infos that you should know!

Not to scare you, especially ladies, we must be aware while staying alone in hotel. Not much you can do if somebody is going to attack you while you are alone, but if we have some knowledge to protect ourself pre-stored in our brain, we will be more aware while we are in the situation.

1. Don’t bring too much of cash or valuable like jewelry or branded watch that might be over exposed, these valuables would easily attract the attention of theft.
2. Never open your room door if somebody is calling for “room service”, you should call to the hotel control room or hotel lobby to clarify before open up the door.
3. Check the lock of the windows and door, make sure it function well.
4. Always pay attention to the hotel notice board after check in to the hotel to check for any emergency evacuate path when there is an emergency occurs.
5. Always pay attention to your hotel room surrounding to check for the nearest emergency exit paths.
6. Avoid walking alone in a corridor with low lighting source, especially the way from car park to the hotel lobby.
7. Although it is only one floor up, don’t use the staircase, use the lift. Criminals always occur in a dark corner from the staircase, because the theft can easily escape by pushing you from behind. Don’t save the free facilities provided by the hotel, we paid for it!
